Reservations involving the “Official rate” or any OFFER referring to the “Official rate”: • If cancelled up to 41 days before the check-in date, no charge will be made by the Villa. • If cancelled or modified at any time from 40 to 21 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total cost will be charged. • If cancelled or modified at any time from 20 days before the check-in date until the check-in date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total cost will be charged. Reservations involving the “Non-refundable” rate or any OFFER referring to the “Non-refundable rate” : • If cancelled or modified at any time after the booking date or in the case of no-show, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Guarantee Policy
o The villa will charge 10% of the total cost of stay within ten days of the booking date in order to ensure the validity of the credit card used. o The remaining 90% of the cost of stay will be charged upon check in. o In case of a cancellation, if a refundable rate is selected the “verification” amount will be promptly redeemed to the guest, subject to applicable cancellation terms
